NOTE: There will be Home and Away games with Walnut Creek teams .
Our programs are family friendly with schedules that fit busy families.
Practices take place on game day only.
NFL FLAG - 1/2 hour before each 1 hour game
Sunday ONLY games and practices are in the afternoons and depending on location may begin as early as 12pm or as late as 4pm

Yes! We accept team mate requests as long as team mates are in the same age division.
Teammate requests of 4 or more need to have a coach volunteer from the requested players.
We always need coaches. PLease consider volunteering for his rewarding and fun position. Head Coaches receive a $75 Immediate Discount with no Volunteer deposit return and get to work with some really great kids who will very much appreciate your help. Time commitment is 1 1/2 hours every week on game day and you coach your player's team.

New starting Fall 2022, returning HEAD COACHES receive one registration at no cost. (must have served as head coach in any prior season)

$165 PARTICIPATION FEE / Includes $30 refundable volunteer deposit.
$20 JERSEY AND FLAG DEPOSIT
Jersey deposit returned after season end upon return of jersey and flags.

Note: We strive to create sufficient numbers in each location to keep all games at that location between teams in that location. There is a possibility that in order to field sufficient teams with good game rotation that teams may be scheduled up to 2 games at a different field AND POTENTIALLY on a different day (I.E. A team in Martinez may play a team in Walnut Creek for a game.) These travel games are kept to 2 maximum and are scheduled to make the season the best experience for your player.
NFL Flag Football is an exciting, fun filled, high scoring game of “5 on 5” football. Our league is non competitive with emphasis on individual skill development, teamwork, character building and most importantly… FUN.
NFL Flag Football is CO ED and the 5 on 5 style of play evens the playing field for all skill levels and genders, creating an opportunity for all players to excel. It is a style of play that is fast paced and exciting both to play and watch
NOTES:
1) There are no mid week practices in this "family schedule friendly" program. Practices are 1/2 hour before each game for ages 8 and under and 1 hour before the 1 hour game for ages 9 and up.
2) Divisions are divided age appropiately and are dependent on numbers / ages of players registered.
Examples of divisions are:
6-8 years 8-9years
10-12 years
However there can be variations to these divisions depending final numbers, however they are always age appropiate. Other possible divisions can be 6-8 and 9 and up, 6-9 and 10 and up etc.
Younger Divisions (Ages 6 to approximately 8-9 ) are Coach Quarterbacked, skills developmental divisions.
Older players (ages approx. 10 and up) divisions are player quarterbacked regular play divisions.
